  • Neck, frozen shoulder
  • Abdominal scar tissue
  • Forearm tightness from typing
  • Sciatica, plantar fasciitis

I specialize in Connective Tissue Massage and Structural Integration (also known as Rolfing). I work primarily with the fascia (connective tissue) to release soft tissue restrictions. This oil-free work is particularly effective for chronic tension patterns (“knots and tight spots”) and uniquely addresses areas that are otherwise neglected in conventional massage, such as the ribcage, shins, iliotibial tract and sides of the hips.

History/Training: Graduated from the Boulder School of Massage Therapy in 1989, and the Institute For Structural Integration in 2006.
